Details of wife and family taken from ancestry. He married Lois Guest, and they had several children, including Caroline Richardson, 1837 to 1915. She married Amos George Farrant, 1845 to 1936. They had several children, including Isaac Farrant, 1867 to 1941. He was born in Framfield in Sussex, but died in New South Wales, Australia, having moved there in 1908. He was married to Mary Ann Butler in 1898. See the attached photo taken from ancestry. Also attached are his death certificate and military details. Isaac was a blacksmith of Port Erina, as shown by the electoral rolls of 1930 and 1936. Mary Ann is believed to have lived there until her death in 1960. Another child of James and Lois Richardson was Lois, 1848 to 1889. She married Daniel Mepham in 1868 in Heathfield, and they had several children including John, known as Jack, Daniel Mepham, born 1871 in Brighton and died 1960 in Brighton.
