1881 census shows surname as Deaton.Christening details obtained at Maidstone Records Office 15/02/2011.6/9/2011 visit to Lewes Records Office - Par344/25/1 - Frant parish school (Hawkenbury Church School) admissions register - showed no Coombers/Combers but 5 Deacons - Edith, Albert, George, Rose and Thomas. Thomas was admissions number 324, being admitted 24/3/1884, dob 30/11/1879, father Edward of Dundale Cottages in Pembury, left 30/07/1886, no previous school. Thomas married Agnes Florence Johnson, see attached marriage page. I believe he died 14/1/1946, see his probate attached, where he lived in Rugeley, as he did in 1911. There is a death registration for Q1 1946 in Lichfield, Staffs.
