Notes:
The birth certificate of her son George shows that Harriet could not write. Her marriage certificate shows that her father George Taylor was a charcoal burner.Harriet died at the age of 91, at the house of her daughter Alice Peat, who was the informant. She was buried 10/09/1928 at St. Paul's New Churchyard Rusthall near Tunbridge Wells(confirmed by the Parish Administrator 6/1/2012). She was buried in block C, row 5, plot 15, and is behind the headstone erected for Elizabeth Garner, who died 13/5/1927. I have a map of the churchyard. The photo of Harriet was provided by Marion, the daughter of mum's brother Fred, who had kept this photo together with a photo of William her husband in a single photo frame. The original has the photographers name embossed on the bottom of the photo. It is Wheeler and Fisk-Moore Ltd. This photographer was at 38 High Street, Tunbridge Wells, from 1921 to 1924. 2/11/2014 - obtained this obituary online for Harriett.
